This policy explains, in plain terms, what data ONKAI OPS collects when you use this website or talk to us, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to data subjects in Brazil (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and in Portugal and the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

1. Who is responsible
ONKAI OPS (Automation & Operational Intelligence) is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Online service in Brazil and Portugal.

2. What data we collect
Data you send us
WhatsApp and email: your name and phone number or email address, the content of your messages and whatever you choose to tell us about your company.
Technical data
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, browser type and requested pages, to keep the service running and secure.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or analytics tools.
- We don't ask for sensitive data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.). Please don't include it in your messages.
- We don't sell or rent personal data.

We don't use your data for automated decision-making or to send you advertising you didn't ask for.
5. International transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside Brazil and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Since we serve companies in Brazil and Portugal, your data may also be accessed by our team in both countries.
These transfers follow the safeguards set out in the LGPD (arts. 33 to 36) and the GDPR (Chapter V), such as standard contractual clauses and other recognized mechanisms adopted by the providers.
6. How long we keep it
- Contacts that don't become projects: up to 12 months after the last interaction. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
- Clients: for the duration of the business relationship and for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting obligations.
- Technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
If you ask us to delete your data, we do it before these periods, except for what the law requires us to keep.
7. Your rights
In Brazil (LGPD, art. 18)
Confirmation that we process your data; access; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; deletion of data processed based on consent; information about who we share it with; information about the possibility of not consenting; withdrawal of consent; and objection to processing.
In Portugal and the European Union (GDPR, arts. 15 to 21)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
How to exercise them
Email onkaiops@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”. We reply within 15 days and, at the latest, within the one-month period set by the GDPR. We may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority: the ANPD in Brazil or the CNPD in Portugal.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted to the team members who need it to serve you. No system is completely immune to failures; if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify you and the authorities when the law requires.
9. Children and teenagers
This website is aimed at businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The date at the top shows the current version. If we start using cookies, analytics or new providers, this page will be updated first.
